An industrial boat shed housing gantry cranes and two 1,350 tonne travel cranes with attached a

3-story office building. Due to poor soil conditions and travel crane loads, foundations are supported on 1.5m mudcrete layer and steel driven piles. Lateral stability for nominally ductile response provided by rod bracing.
