Szymon is a Chartered Structural Engineer with two Master’s degrees, a PhD, and over 16 years of international experience across New Zealand, Australia, and Europe. He specialises in structural optimisation and seismic design, delivering robust, cost-efficient solutions that meet all standards and exceed client expectations.

He has strong experience in project delivery, client liaison, and team leadership, including managing drafting teams and mentoring junior engineers. Known for clear communication and a collaborative approach, he supports high-quality outcomes and professional development.
