"Wawel" Development 

"Wawel" chocolate factory development including new factory and warehouse space with a 3-story office building adjacent to the existing building.

Warehouse/factory structure was prefabricated and consists of prestressed concrete purlins supported on presterssed concrete rafters on reinforced concrete columns on pad footings. In-situ concrete office building consists on reinforced concrete frames supporting floor slabs.

Scope of works:

• structural design including all design stages (from concept to detailed design),

• building consent and shop drawings,

• construction monitoring.
