Anechoic chamber building for the purposes of HPEM impulse research at Jaroslaw Dabrowski Military University of Technology in Poland.

Structure consisting of a moment resisting portal frame chamber with attached 3-story office building. Superstructure supported on pad footings. Optimized tapered welded sections were used for the chamber main structure.
