A new development which includes a 140m x 72m factory and an office and amenities buildings.

Lightweight nominally ductile steel superstructure including rafters and transfer trusses supported on steel columns on strip and pad footings. Moment resisting frames, wall and roof rod bracing were used as a lateral load resisting system.

Scope of works:

• structural design including all design stages (from concept to detailed design),

• building consent and shop drawing review.
