The Mill & Formulation Tower is a 24.5m high building houses the heaviest industrial plant and equipment on site. Such equipment includes a large heated hammer mill, 2 x 150T plaster silos, 8 x 4T to 6T additive silos, 2 x rotary ball mills, a large baghouse, a stucco cooler and significant plaster handling equipment. The building has a series of mezzanine levels for access to the upper levels of plant. There are also several mono-cranes for servicing plant higher up in the building.

• structural design including all design stages (from concept to detailed design),

• building consent and shop drawing review,

• construction monitoring.
