A new development in Malmo which consists of a 19-story office building. In order to speed up the construction over 90% of the superstructure’s members were prefabricated.   

Structure is supported on a foundation slab and bored piles. Lateral resisting systems in both directions consist of reinforced concrete shear walls tied together with floor diaphragms.

• full static and dynamic analysis of the superstructure,

• superstructure reinforcement and connection design,

• shop drawing review.
