A new complex housing 16 coolstores and a pack house with mezzanine floor storage areas. Lightweight nominally ductile steel superstructure including rafters and trusses supported on steel columns on strip and pad footings. Moment resisting frames, wall and roof rod bracing were used as a lateral load resisting system.
